I just have to share the amazing experience I had with the support team for the Furry product! Julia and Roy absolutely incredible service! They went above and beyond, taking the time to explain everything in such a clear and friendly way, and they resolved my issue faster than I could have ever imagined. Their commitment to customer service is truly inspiring! I can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you

I needed help with my order and was so happy to have a real person- Joan- respond to me. And Joan speaks English! And it was after business hours! We communicated back and forth a few times over a two days and she always responded very quickly. When I first saw the email response, it had come so quickly that I assumed it was an automatic response. I was delighted to find that a real person had actually thought about my request and given me a terrific answer. The customer service provided was exemplary!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Joan and Joey from Furlife! From the moment I placed my order, they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. When USPS unfortunately misdelivered my package, I was frustrated and stressed—but Joan and Joey stepped in immediately and made it right without hesitation. They took care of everything with such kindness, urgency, and professionalism. It’s rare to find people who truly care about their customers the way they do. Not only did they ensure I received my package, but they stayed in constant communication and made me feel like a priority every step of the way. Their dedication, compassion, and top-tier customer service are unmatched. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Joan and Joey—thank you for being absolute rockstars and for turning a frustrating situation into a positive, heartwarming experience. Furlife is lucky to have you!
