I purchased 9 pendants. They have only lasted 5 1/2 months. My dogs are getting fleas and ticks now. Contacted company and they keep saying the same thing.... if the environment has changed you may need to add additional products. The environment hasn't changed. We live in the same place we did for the first 5 1/2 months the dogs wore the pendants with great success. The pendants no longer have the smell to fend off fleas and ticks.

The first one worked great
The first one worked great. My puppy never had a flea. The second one I got he had some fleas and a few ticks. I like that it is all natural and affordable compared to the prescription pills. I had to then order prescription pills.

I need a replacement
My dog has been wearing the FurLife collar since May 17, 2025. During July, the bubble in the collar burst; I don't know how. I found ticks and fleas several times. It is still not a complete year, and the collar is not working properly. I want to continue using it because I prefer not to take a toxic approach, but I like this work. What do I need to do? This collar has a warranty to last for a year. Did I have a replacement??

I’ve been thinking of purchasing…
I’ve been thinking of purchasing furlife for my dog instead of the chemical oral compounds. After reading several reviews across multiple platforms I have have decided against purchasing these for my spoiled baby. 1. Several have stated even though no infestation to begin with they started having fleas/ticks. 2. There is a money back guarantee if they don’t work but you get only 30 days to find out if it does work and several reviewers are saying the company told them it takes a while for it to actually work……so why only 30 days why not 60 or 90 especially when it it supposed to give 12 month protection. 3.several reviewers have expressed concerns over a lack of customer service regarding complaints causing them to overshoot their 30 day guarantee 4. Responses to many of the negative reviews stating a lack of effectiveness were met with an assumption by the company that the furbabies were ALREADY infested before using their product even though it clearly states in the review that they have never been infested before using nothing or even using a different product.

Great idea
Great idea, but it doesn't work. Pulled several ticks off within inches of collar within days.
Amendment 1;
It seems that it may have taken some time to get working like they replied. That information would have been useful in the instructions. Currently a couple months in and the tablet broke... waiting to see if they'll offer a replacement tablet, or if I have to spend another 40 bucks.

Additionally, if your dog has been in a heavily infested area, it’s possible for ticks to still attach before being affected by the collar.

This is my second year using Furlife
This is my second year using Furlife. I ordered the tags early and got them quickly, sometime in April and they’ve had them on since. I have 3 dogs. One large at 70 pounds and 2, 30 and 20 pounds. My reviews are mixed. No problem with fleas but ticks are bad this year. The collar seems to be taking days to kill the ticks. I am finding them dead but filled w some blood and dropped off the dogs. I will have to take them to the vet for testing and I’ll get a lecture for not using their recommended product which is pharmaceutical. Im not saying the product doesn’t work but it’s taking a while to kill ticks. I don’t mind the smell as it goes away in a day or two. I have been backing up killing ticks by spraying them with a product that contains lemongrass when they come in from outside and that helps.
