I had signed up for a first time discount. The notification arrived AFTER I placed my order. I contacted FurLife immediately to ask if they'd honor the discount after the fact. Roy promptly responded with a yes! The credit has already been issued! I'm impressed! It usually takes days to get a response from other companies. If this us a typical response to a customer request I'll be a customer for life! Thank you!

Roy, Joey and the FurLife Team have been so excellent to correspond with. I had a minor issue with one product and it was promptly fixed and replaced. My animals are wearing the products and are tick-free and happy! (Well, the cats sulked for a bit but are now used to their collars.) Thank you, FurLife. Here's to healthy summers.

Issue resolved new collar shipped very happy with my experience

My order of a 12 month pendant for my senior dog was received today and was damaged when it was opened. I notified Fur Life this evening and received an immediate reply and offer to replace the damaged pendant with a new one. I am very grateful to Joan for her timely help.

It's worked as advertised so far dogs go into the deep grass and I have not seen anything on them so far
