Roy was kind and helpful. My package was not delivered but he assisted me with a new order to ensure I would receive my products.

Excellent customer support! Patrick responded to my email within minutes and solved my problem with an exchange instantly! Very pleased!

I had an issue with the pendant. One side of it that attaches to the collar broke. I emailed Joey and Julia and they asked for a picture of the pendant. I sent the picture and they were very accommodating and offered to replace the pendant at no charge. Just FYI the pendant works great. Mu puppy has not had one flea or tick on her since I put it on . Thanks to Joey and Julia we can continue to be flea and tick free.

Even keeps Flies away fantastic product
