I ordered two bottles of flea and tick spray for dogs. There was only one bottle in the package. I contacted FurLife by email and received an instant response thru their AI program. After they had the information, Julia was the one who assisted me. Very nice and very willing to help. Julia told me they would send another bottle quickly. FurLife products have been great. I like the fact that their products are NO toxic/harmful chemicals. Keep up the great work and personable service! Thanks Julia for your help, you were awesome and quick to resolve my issue!

Honestly so impressed! The calming collar worked wonders during a thunderstorm — my pup usually panics, but this time he stayed relaxed and calm. What a relief.Honestly so impressed!
