We had an issue with our pendants falling out of the rubber case. Joan Was happy to help and got those replaced and shipped back to us quickly. We appreciate all of her help.

I purchased the flea and tick pendant for my golden retriever about a month ago. Everything has went well with my order. Just recently another dog had punctured a hole in the pendant while playing. The oils spilled out. I called the company and asked for a replacement, they have been great to work with! Thank you Julia.

Joan and Patrick were a fantastic team that helped us!! Even though it was the weekend I was shocked to see a response in my email box, and even after their initial email they were quick to respond to everyone after that! They were kind and understanding, but most of all they took care of the problem and with a video proof of problem they immediately sent me a new product. The ability of a company to take care of an issue and the kindness of Joan and Patrick to quickly and smoothly implement these helpful options is what sealed the deal on me coming back to them for sure. Their product is already mind blowing! Ticks and fleas on all 4 of our dogs and even on kids disappeared with in a day or two of putting the oil tags on their collars!! Amazing!

Honestly didn’t expect much, but I’m impressed. Even in a heavily wooded area, we’ve had zero flea or tick problems since switching to FurLife.

Super easy to use, and my pup doesn’t even notice she’s wearing the collar. It’s nice to have something that works quietly in the background.

These collar pendants seemed to help with deterring the fleas. We ran into an issue shortly after reviving them and they were very helpful in getting it resolved. Highly recommend.
