Living in a rural area, flea control is a must. I’ve seen better results with FurLife than with anything else we’ve tried, and it’s affordable too.

I ordered two cat collars by mistake. I thought I was ordering two dog collars. I contacted customer service and got an immediate response. Instead of returning the cat collars they are going to send me two dog collar free of charge. Shout out to Joey and Julia!

My Apple Pay messed up and tried to send my order to the wrong address. Julia was super helpful in canceling and refunding me so I could reorder and get my dogs their flea and tick devices on time :)

Just trying the product for the first time so excited to see how it goes. After reading the reviews and researching the best flea and tick options this one is getting one of the highest reviews. We ordered 2 of the pendants for our dogs and when placing one of them on the collar the strap broke. I reached out to customer support right away via email and got a response back right away from Julia where she helped me get a new replacement pendent. She was so helpful and kind and very responsive to all my emails. What a great customer support team they have.
