Julia made our experience amazing our pod came out of our dogs collars and we don't know how but I think if the hole was smaller or pod was made in another shape it would stay in better. It's a great product but we only had it for a few weeks before it was gone. Julia made it very easy to solve the problem and get us a replacement and we appreciate it very much THANK YOU!!!
