I’m a repeat customer with FurLife. This time, there was an issue with my order. I immediately sent an email to their support team. It hardly took any time to receive a response. Julie was very helpful and promptly helped resolve my situation. She seemed happy to help too! Great service is appreciated!

My order got lost somewhere and didn’t receive it so I messaged Furlife Support Team. The staff I’ve communicated with were so helpful that they promptly acted on my complaint. With not much questions, Furlife sent me new sets of my order and provided a with tracking number. I am grateful to the recent staff I’ve communicated with, Joan, for her professionalism, respectfulness, and promptness in responding and letting me know that my order has arrived already. I have yet to use furlife ticks and flea collar for my fur babies, Lucky & Izzy. I will give another review once I have proven its effectiveness. Kudos to the staff of Furlife! Keep up the great job.

Furlife has been Amazing. No grief towards me. I love their products. I’ve even suggested my pet parents friends that they really need to stop using chemicals fleas & tick products and switch to furlife products. We live out in a more rural area where there’s plenty of ticks. When I had chickens I never saw a tick. But we have raccoons,fox & coyote. When my animals have their furlife collars/tags on, we may see a tick once in a while but none are attached

So far a 5 star rating. I clicked too many times and inadvertantly ordered more than I needed. Julia responded to my contact to request changing my order back to the original order. Her response came faster than I expected with my request fulfilled.... all except for seeing the refund on my credit card. I must wait a few days for that to happen. Thanks, Julia!

All natural is wonderful. I live in the woods of TN, my 4 dogs are always struggling with ticks. I also have a dog that no matter what I use on her, she gets seizures. I bought the pods for their collars and so far no seizures and no ticks.
