I would recommend this company to anyone owning a dog. I had concerns about my dogs collar due to no fault of the company. I reached out to the company and was in contact with Roy and Julia. These people were as pleasant, as they were helpful. They went out of the way to resolve my problem. I cannot thank them enough.
