I had an issue and I like the product so much that I just ordered a replacement and then after thinking about it, I just wanted them to know about the issue so I sent a message. Not only did Julia respond immediately, she offered a replacement! And I thought, well I guess I should have done that first before reordering so I will just have an extra. But then I find out Julia found my purchase and took away the charge completely! That was amazing customer service! I didn’t expect it and I really 100% believe in this product cause it works! And the customer service matches the product!!

My experience with Julia was great I sent an email about the flea and tick collars I purchased a month ago running dry after only a month and requesting a refund or replacement and in a very timely manner she offered me replacements, she sent me an email of the shipping order and I’m very pleased with the quick response and I am looking forward to the replacements and really hope they last longer this time. The center part of one of our collars fell out. I reached out to the company asking if there was any way I could purchase a replacement part. Julia was very helpful and once I sent her pictures of the collar, she informed me that they would replace the whole tag. I was not expecting that. Was a nice surprise.
