So happy to have found this amazing product. The natural essential oils used is so much better than the other flee/tick products that contain poisons. We have five pups to protect! FurLife does it for our five!

Julia was very accommodating in replacing my 2 pendants I bought for my dogs for flea and ticks, after they seemed to of Just dried out after less than 3 months, instead of lasting 12. Plus I sent photo's of them. She restored my faith in a company that stands by their products. I am sure it was some sort of fluke they dried up, I have bought their regular flea and tick collars that lasted 8 month's, first time for the pendants. My two puppies were playing and one of them punctured the pod and I was very worried about him and adjusting some of it. I messaged Furlife and Julia assured me the ingredients were natural and there should not be any adverse side effects. She offered to replace the damage pod and that was really nice.

My wife told me to get our cats some flea and tick medicine. I didn't care for the major brands that had harsh chemicals and didn't work. I found FurLife and liked what I saw. So I ordered the flea collars. My wife refused to put collars on the cats. I contacted Patrick explained my problem. He gladly replaced them with the collar tags. Handled it professionally and in a very timely manner.

My experience with FurLife has been great! I bought three of the 12 month Flea and tick tags for dogs being skeptical in the beginning of if they were going to work as well as they said they did. Living in the country, this is an issue we have been dealing with for a while. Since we have put them on our dogs, no ticks at all!! One of the tags was having an issue of staying in its holder so I reached out to their support and Julia answered my question within the hour and by the next day had a replacement ready to go for me! Their team is helpful and supportive, and their product really works! It gives me comfort to know that my dogs are being protected in a natural way that isn’t harming them further!
