It took a little longer to get than I was expecting but since I got them and put them on my dogs I have seen a dramatic drop in the fleas on them. So overall I am pleased.

I started out with a negative impression due to lack of response about my purchase which was a complaint that the one size fits all did not fit my Rottie. After 3 emails and posting on FB that they are non-responsive I got a very nice email offering to fix the issue. I was skeptical but they did respond very timely as we discussed the issue and what they were going to do to make it up. Marc in customer service was very nice and very timely in finding a resolution that met my satisfaction. I have now turned my opinion around and am very happy with the service and product. I would have given a 5 Starts had it not been for the intial response delay. I will be a repeat customer at this point

So far the flea & tick collars seem to be helping our 4 dogs, we will see how they hold up the next couple months! The only thing I wish was better was the shipping, took almost exactly a month to be delivered.

His itching has stopped considerably and I don't see any fleas or ticks my only complaint is the size and keeping it on him it's not big enough I have to use duck tape to keep it on him it doesn't stay fastened as it should and please make them a couple inches bigger

At first it was a bit uncomfortable for my two furbabies but now they seem to be adjusted already. So far so good! Just the comfort of you feeling safe so every time they go out --you know that they are protected. Maybe this is too early to review but will definitely reconnect if I see any more update.
