I have had a very good experience with furlife. I ordered 2 pendants and they are very big on Alaska and Julia has sent me a flea collar for free so I can get a flea collar on my little kitten.

Hi.. First time user and so far not disappointed.... I do have a suggestion for the TAG... since the tag does not have the option to replace the insert can you plz somehow someway secure the opening? I have purchased 7 of the tags and the insert has come out of 2 of them... Lucky for me your customer service was able to help me with one of them but still if it was secured somehow that would be helpful.. Thank You
