My order got return but Patrick and Roy were so helpful and understanding, not only they fix my problem they make me feel assured that I would get a replacement!! They reply soo fast and i appreciate that! Hopefully the product works as indicated! Great costumer service

Joan was exceptional I sent an email about my dog’s pendant and how the smell is very strong and deflated. She emailed back super quick ask for photos and before I knew a new one was being prepared to be shipped! I could not be more pleased with how professional and fast my service was today!!!
