I needed to return my dog piece. Julia and Ramon assisted me with getting a different dog collar . Their service was friendly, and their instructions were clear. I received my new collar and the product is awesome.. and… I purchased a cat collar and that also is wonderful! The outdoor neighborhood cat is bug free!

The FurLife pendant works very well. It protects your pet from fleas, ticks, and gnats without harmful chemicals. The customer service is great! Joan replied to my emails almost immediately and answered my questions. This is the fastest customer service I've ever seen! I am very pleased with the product and customer service.
