I ordered the product and received them but after reading some reviews and doing a bit of research about where they come from have decided not to use. I contacted them via email to get a refund and was contacted back in an extremely short amount of time. I will say that the customer service was impeccable and for that they get 4 stars.

I purchased 3 of these for my dogs. They have been having issues with fleas. Constant scratching. I tried nex hard to no avail. They were miserable. It did take. While to received but they did arrive sealed in a round tin container. I put them on my pups and they haven’t scratched once since then. I came onto the www to see if other owners experienced a fast acting solution to fleas. I wanted to see how soon these collars worked since they seemed to working right away. I haven’t seen any of my dogs scratch since I put the collar on. I am impressed. I use to use seresto and they no longer work on my pups. Im really glad I found fur life. Docked one star because it took a while from order to delivery.

Ordered the collar and pendant! They were for my 5 month old pup she was very reactive to the smell so we ended up using them for our 14 year old Golden and they were perfect.

So far the collar seems to be working as advertised. We are hopeful that when it finally gets warm and stays warm, it will keep preventing ticks as we don't have fleas at our house.

The first collar I bought from FurLife was great and worked really well. The second collar however I didn't have on tight enough and she ate it in half! This was my fault but I won't be buying another anytime soon. I am trying their flea and tick chews.

It seems to work great so far. We can't smell it and the dogs/cat aren't bother at all. The reason for 4 stars is that I had to wait 2 weeks to get them and one of my cat's collar got lost in the first 12hrs of wearing it.
