I ordered one collar tag and one collar, but inadvertently received two collar tags. I emailed Fur Life early on a Saturday morning, not expecting to hear from them until Monday. Patrick emailed me back almost immediately and took care of everything within five minutes. The missing collar is on its way and I couldn’t be happier with their customer service. Patrick’s assistance was a 10 out of 10! So happy to support this small business and their wonderful, safe products.

The service from Julia was super. Any questions I had were answer immediately. Lola wears a underground collar and we have attached the flea/tick/bug to that. The smell is pleasant and so far it is working. The prompt answers and help from Julia and furLife was unbelievable. Thank you again and will be telling my friends about you.

What made my experience FurLife so great was how fast Patrick responded to my email. We had moved and didn’t change our address it was changed quickly and I didn’t have to worry about the product going to our old address.

I like to say...i am so amazed on how Patrick and Julia are so understanding of my dilemma with my puppies. I got such fast responses. Long Story short....they are willing to replace my 12mon pendants right away. Knowing that my puppies damaged them. So grateful to get them replaced.
