CS agent Julia was awesome, she was able to help settle my issue in just a few minutes. Julia was super nice and helpful, she was the most pleasant agent I have spoken with at any company in years. Thank you Julia and Furlife for promoting exceptional customer service and great products.

When I had an issue with my purchase, I was put in touch with Joan - a customer service representative who responded immediately, understood my issue and handled it with the utmost understanding and care. She was knowledgeable and kind, and made the situation right immediately. Give that lovely woman the rest of the day off and a raise! Thank you for letting me brag about my experience!

My question was answered immediately and Joan offered a resolution to what I thought might be a problem using my FurLife flea and tick pendant. I am very happy with their quick response.
