I recently purchased 2 flea and tick collars for my 2little guys. Unfortunately, 1of the 2collars had gone flat, I have no clue what happened. I went to their website and found a place to send a message, and I did. What a surprise, I no sooner sent the email and I immediately had a response from Roy. I explained the situation and was asked to send a photo of the collar, which I did, and they are sending me a replacement collar, already in progress. Wow, I wish every problem I had was so easily resolved. Also, my larger dog, 17 lbs. is a tick magnet, for years. This year he’s only had a few. Thank you all for a product that actually works.

The customer support from Joan was outstanding. I had an issue with one of the three tags I purchased and she was on the spot. The wait time for response was nothing but great. And I am so pleased with the flea tags. No more chemicals to worry about on my dogs (I have 3). Thank you very much.
