I sent an email to the customer support of FurLife with an in depth response about the effects of two products had on my young kittens between introductions at 3 months old and removal and reintroduction at 4 months old. One of the kittens pendants was discovered to be damaged after two kittens had swelling on their faces. I asked if I could get a complimentaryy/free cat pendant to replaced the one damaged by my animals and Julia response was prompt BOTH times, within hours! My last response was sent on Wed, 6 Aug 2025 at 12:18 a.m. CST and Julia responded back within 2 hours and 1 minute at 2:19 a.m. CST! This is truly amazing! Thanks Julia and thanks FurLife!
