I recently ordered the flea and tick prevention collar attachment for my dogs. They work great and my dogs are relieved to not deal with bugs. One of the collar attachments lost the clear part and no longer worked at keeping the bugs away. I reached out to FurLife for some support and they were prompt with a response. I sent them a video of what the issue was and literally on the weekend in 1 day I got a new one ordered and shipped out to me. Julia was great! I wasn't expecting a response from FurLife for a few days but, the wonderful acknowledgement, prompt response and swiftness to fix the issue will keep us going back for other products to help protect our Fur babies!

Did you ever place an order and then received the discount code afterwards. I did and asked for it to be applied. Julia from FurLife responded the same day to inform me that she appreciated my business and would be applying the discount and I'd be refunded on my original form of payment. Refreshing right?
