These products work great. Bugs of every kind are thick in Florida but the fleas and ticks never showed up on my fur babies with furlife. The pendants are our go to working for a year. So much healthier than chemicals.

I made a mistake when ordering the Flea & Tick pendants for my Milo. I ordered two 12 month pendants but the 8 month pendants come with a collar. Julia from. FurLife was kind enough to send me a collar to use with the pendants! Thank you, Julia, you're the BEST!!

I ordered late on the 22nd and did not change to the color i wanted. I realized as soon as a placed it and sent a message to customer support. When I awoke in the morning I had an email stating the order was changed. Even at 1am Julia got it done!! Thank you!

My experience with Fur Life was exceptional. I had ordered 2 flea & tick products for my two dogs. The have been working great until my puppy decided he wanted to chew the strap that holds the device in place on his collar. His collar was a little big for him, otherwise he would not have been able to get to it. I contacted Fur Life & explained my situation. They asked me to send a picture of the part of the device my puppy chewed & they apologized for the inconvenience & without hesitation, a whole new device was sent to me. I absolutely love this product & would recommend it to anyone who wants an inexpensive natural approach from protecting their fur babies from fleas & ticks etc. I have been using this product for several months & I am so thankful to report that I will NEVER put poison on my dogs again. This product works great on my German Shepherd & also my Toy Poodle puppy who promises to never attempt to chew his strap again!! Thank u for your help in this situation.
