Only removed one star because I had to leave the pendant in my garage the first 3 days because it made my dog feel sick the very first day I had it on her collar. Emailed the company and they replied very quickly and mentioned letting it sit a couple days in a well ventilated area. Which definitely helped tremendously. So far been using about 3 weeks and no ticks on my dog but I have had one on myself. So must be working!

Love the pink color, strong peppermint smell at first but does slightly fade after a few days. Shipped fast.

It's okay. We liked the collar except it kept getting loosened and falling off. I thought the pendant would be better but it does not fit our dog's collar and it was broken when it arrived. FurLife DID refund $10 and sent a new collar in it's place. We jerry-rigged the pendant to her collar in the meantime with some tiny zip ties. Good thing too, the new collar didn't arrive for nearly 3 weeks. I guess we're spoiled by 2-day shipping :). It works and that's what matters.

The product is great. Have been using it for about 2 weeks now and no issues with the dogs or any bugs! The only thing that I do not like is the smell. The smell of citronella is sooooo strong. It has gotten better as they are wearing them but I still have to take them off of them at night time. It is to unbearable to sleep with. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars.

Great product. The only negative is the initial smell is very strong. I let it air out over night before putting it on my pup. So far no ticks, she has been wearing it for almost a month.

My pup has not been wearing it for too long. Where I live, we usually donot have issues with pet pests. We are going to camp, where we stay all summer..That is where I will find out how good it is.
