Thank you Julia for the correction to my order. Please let the Tech department know that the system is upgrading the orders wrong. You may use my email to show that I did order two 12 months flea and tick collars and did the add on of the spray. Thank you for the correction to my order. Also have the tech department see that it has taken 8 days and the products have not shipped. I hope this glitch in the system can be worked out so others will not have this happen to them. Today is September 10, 2025 I still have not received this order. I ordered it on August 21,2025. There is a major problem with you filling your customers orders even after Julia corrected the order. Today is September 11,2025 just got this Tracking number from Them.EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE DISTRIBUTION CENTER OR AWAITING PROCESSING 02:30 PM ET, Manassas, VA, US LABEL CREATED 12:49 PM ET, Manassas, VA, US Today is September 15,2025 Today I received this order. It took 25 days to receive this order from Manassas,VA to the Athens Georgia area. I hope the flea and tick pendent and spray works.
