I placed an order from Furlife tonight. I made a mistake and ordered the pendant. After I placed my order I realized the mistake I made. I thought what can I do now. I thought if I emailed them if they could change the order to the collar. So I gave it a try. Within a me hours I received an email from Julia, a very nice lady. She informed me that she had changed the order as requested and I would receive the collar instead. What a great company to receive a response within a few hours. Thank you Julia for your kindness! I very pleased with my order! When I first ordered I forgot to choose the colors I wanted but I quickly wrote customer care and they took care of my changes quickly! I am very happy I will be getting the right colors for my dogs. Thank you so much!

This product has works very well for my dog. I had one come apart and Joan and Julia were very helpful and they are replacing the one that had a issue with.
