I needed help with shipping and Julia was very quick to respond which was very important because I needed to order another dog collar right away! Besides the great service, sophie’s FurLife dog collar has been great for keeping the fleas and ticks away without harsh chemicals that are in most flea and tick treatments that are available or recommended by vets.

I love the concept behind the product & purchased it as non chemical protection for my dogs. When one of the straps broke, I reached out to the company. Joan responded quickly, asking for photos. Once I sent the photos, Julia resolved my problem by offering a replacement. I have received notice that the replacement product has already been shipped! This customer service experience was excellent & exceeded my expectations.
