I have used the FurLife collar and it was time for a new one. I placed my order but I mistakenly order the tag and not the collar. Contacted customer service by email and they responded immediately! Joan has taken care of my mistake and the collar has been ordered. I am very impressed with their customer service and will continue to use their product
