I am very happy with this product. It works great but 2 of my dogs popped holes in theirs and when I was about to order two more, Julia reached out and offered to replace them in which I didn't know was an option. She was quick to respond and answered all of my questions. I'm very please with her service as well as furlife.

I am a new customer. I found out about your product through Facebook and decided to give it a try. I ordered two units on August 31, 2025. My units were delivered promptly. One of my units and its packing was damaged. I was frustrated and reached out to the company . Placed my order quickly for my three pups and then realized on the confirmation, I selected lime green instead of black. Sent an email asking for a change and received incredible service from Julia, who quickly made the change and sent me a confirmation. Truly appreciate the quick response. Excited to receive our package!

My spray bottle arrived with the top unscrewed,allowing all the contents leak out. Patrick was awesome and thoughtful about getting another bottle sent out right away!

I received my FurLife tags but one was broken. Julia and Patrick fixed my issue quickly and sent me a replacement flea and tick tag.

I had ordered six pendents ,three cat and three dog.Somewhere the three dog pendents got lost, i'm assuming in the mail I emailed furlife told Julia the situation. It took a few emails but she came through for me' I am extremely grateful because I do like the product
