It was a self-inflicted wound. Attempted to place an order late at night..not good at all..placed the order without reviewing.. However the issue was corrected very quickly..thanks to Julia..very quick response..love this company's products..deb..Plan to continue to support on the future ..

These work great for my dogs and when I had issue of losing the middle part came out of my dogs collar I reached out and Julia really helped me out with a replacement no charge thanks so much highly recommend for sure 😊

The fact that the email was reviewed and answered is a major plus in my book. To resolve the issue of two shipments within a couple days of each other is also a major accomplishment. That the company FurLife will have successfully resolved this issue and corrected their records will be acknowledged within this next cycle of the order.
