I had realized that I had ordered items I could not use and immediately tried to cancel the order. I thought I would have to wait till it was delivered and have to return it. Julia saw to it that the order was canceled and my money returned before it was sent. It was a great relief.

Absolutely great experience dealing with customer service regarding the pendant I purchased for my dog. I had an issue with the liquid leaking out. Patrick and Julia were super helpful with the issue and immediately sent out a replacement for it. Very fast responding to my emails and awesome customer service helping me find a resolution. Thank you Patrick and Julia for helping me and for your attentiveness to my concerns.

I'm a big fan of this collar! I love that it is natural because my toddler and our dog are best buds and I was concerned about him coming into contact with chemicals from other products. Our dog spends most of his days outside on our partially wooded property and for 5 full months this collar kept him tick and flea free. It was awesome! Just ordered a new one.

We have used Furlife for almost 3 years on our Rescue Pitt Bull. We have loved the product and continue to order as needed. We recently Rescued 2 Puppies (Mixed breed 8 weeks old) We wanted to protect them as we have a large fenced in yard that the dogs all love. Not having (puppies) before, (chewing stage) the module did not survive the puppy environment. I contacted support with questions and was competely sarisfied with the info given. Both Julia & Patrick offered excellent customer support. They went above and beyond and seemed to really care unlike the norm of today with a scripted response and no caring! Keep up the good work! Yes the product was replaced!
