Julia made my day! My shipment got mixed up and wasn’t shipped to the correct address. She sent a new shipment to the correct address super quick! Thank you so much FurLife and Julia. Ps I have been telling everyone about y’all. Even veterinarians are now suggesting your pendants to their doggie parents. Thank you! We love ours. We live in Texas where the fleas and ticks and mosquitoes are awful. This is the best natural thing and actually works!!!

FurLife is the only thing we trust for our best! It has been a lifesaver, being that our labs have been allergic to so many others. I also had an issue with ordering the wrong product and they refunded me within the hour.

I had a wonderful customer service experience with Julia at FurLife support. I had an issue with pendants I had ordered, and with every email I sent, Julia replied to me directly each time. Her replies were always prompt, around 8 AM, so she was seeing me and responding to me as soon as she came in to work, it felt like. I felt truly seen, cared for, and heard with sympathy and kindness. Her professionalism was beyond reproach and would ask for her by name again should I ever have to email support again. I really do like the mission and values of the company, and her dedication to making things right sincerely shows her integrity and commitment to uphold the company’s principles. I look forward to continue using their products in the future, especially if it means having this kind of service backing their loyal customers.

I love this product I've been using it for a year now and Toby has not had did 1 flea or tick on him. Also there's a small odor when you first open it but it only lasts for a little while but the odor smells like citronella. and I would like to say Thanks Julia from furlife .When you contact the company they respond quickly with an answer. Thanks again Julia
