I ordered 5 FurLife pendants for our 5 dogs and had an issue with one of them. As soon as I noticed the issue I emailed customer service. I received a quick response from Julia who was fabulous throughout the process which ended with them sending me a replacement pendant for no charge. Free! I ordered three flea and tick pendants for my animals. One of them arrived wrong so I dealt with Julia and Patrick and they were so helpful in getting everything fixed. Recommend them 100%.

Julia at FURLIFE helped correct a mistake, made when items were sent to me! It wasn’t until I went to replace my cats collars did I discover the collars didn’t match the ‘color ‘dots’ on the back of the container. I appreciate her help. Very nice to work with.
