I needed to hold my subscription for a few weeks, Patrick was awesome in helping me get this set up . Great customer service service.

I had purchased the 12 month flea and tick that attaches to the collars. They work great we live in Florida. One however was leaking after 2 weeks on the edge were it was sealed. I contacted customer service and spoke to Patrick whom was very helpful. I sent some pics and a video and he was able to confirm the leakage and send a new one in the mail. I have and will continue to buy and recommend these. I am an affiliate and will continue to be one. Thank you again Patrick for your help.
