I ordered 3 pendants, but mistakenly I ordered one in the wrong color. Upon realizing this I immediatley sent an email asking if I could change the pendant to the color I wanted. I was expecting to be told no as I have been from other companys in the past. To my surprise I received an email from Julia telling me that she would be happy to change my order for me. She was very helpful and I appreciate not having to get my order first ,then have to ship back the wrong item in exchange for the correct one. I am a 1st time customer and I will be a continued customer...Thank you Julia

Have to write Another Review for FurLife Tick & Flea collars. Now, more than ever I am glad I found this Company for My Dogs Safety & Well being. Owning 2 German Shepherds, especially the Black Color on them, Ticks on My one Shepherd in Upstate New York has been a Challenge. As She has already tested positive for Lyme Disease. Having never wanted to put the liquid between their Shoulder flea & tick tubes on them, which are filled with toxic insecticides & chemicals. Or the chew flea & tick options with chemicals & insecticides in them, I have been using the All Natural Safe chemicals & insecticides Free FurLife Green collars on My Shepherd’s neck. My German Shepherd has been 💯 Tick Free in this whole last Year since I put it on Her. This past 12 Days having had multiple Family Members visiting From out of town at our House, We put Our German Shepherds in our Back Boarding Grooming Shop in our backyard for the duration of My Relatives Visits. So for Safety sake, I took the FurLife Collars off for the week. Huge Mistake! Having let our Shepherds out during the Day, My one Shepherd had a big tick on Her head between Her eyes! First time ever, since I took Her FurLife Collars off of Her. It has since been put back on and No Ticks, anymore. And also No Dangerous chemicals or insecticides in My dog’s system either!

I was hesitant contacting support at first after experiences with other companies. Julia was very prompt in answering and concerned with my inconvenience. After sending pictures I again had a very quick response telling me I would be sent a replacement. Patrick even contacted me about choosing a replacement color.
