The customer service is fantastic. I had multiple communications with JeAnne, Julia and Glisson. I think I tend to not get my thoughts put down in writing the way I’m thinking them, so it seems every time I receive another response I had something else to ask and I’m truly sorry for that. Not once did they lose it on me. Each email was so kind, professional and they worked with me. Eventually we got all my thoughts out and I am a very happy new customer who will definitely be a repeat customer. My family and several friends are true dog lovers and I will pass on the information on the product as well as the awesome customer service I received to all my loved ones. I ordered the wrong product and was given a refund and was helped by Julia, who was very efficient and professional at her job. I meant to order the FurLife pendant to fight off fleas, ticks and other insects, and Julia was very helpful. Recommend the company highly. I had a problem with my order. I sent an email to support at Furlife. I received a response for my concerns within a couple of hours. Thanks to the great help of Mat, Glisson and Julia, my problem was solved within minutes. I am completely satisfied with their concern and understanding of my situation. I am a Furever customer for my fur babies!!

My product was damaged and leaked out , I sent and email along with pictures and got a response really quick and Furlife offered to resend the Furlife Flea and Tick spray that I so desperately need , I’m very satisfied with the service I’ve received and I think Furlife deserves a 10 in rating on every level of service

The FurLife pendants are exactly what I had been looking for when I was done giving my dogs and cats chemicals for their flea and tick treatments. The first time I bought from this company I purchased the full collar to fend of fleas and ticks and then some years later was interested in the 12-month lasting pendants that you attach to the dog’s collar or cat’s collar they already wear! They smell so fragrant, to me! I have both cats and dogs that enjoy being outside, and we have been years without any infestations of fleas and zero ticks!! And we are very happy pet owners and most of all, they are very happy pets free from scratching their skin raw!! Julia, from Customer Service was happy to hear from me that we’ve been chemical-free and invested since around 2020!

I made an error while ordering my FurLife order and Julia from FurLife was very helpful and understanding. I have used FurLife for the last 3 years and I will not go back to high priced chemical or oral flea and tick meds for my cats and dogs every again . This is not a sponsored or fake review . I was spectacle at first when I first seen their ads on social media but it's not a gimmick!!!!. It really does work . Give them a try !

I ordered dog pendants but needed cat pendants, I sent an email as soon as I realized, and Julia fixed right away. No waiting until I got the wrong thing then returning to reorder. Thank you so much Julia for fixing it for me.
