I am pleased to say once again that Patrick made my experience with furlife absolutely seamless. My last experience with Patrick and Julia was seamless as well. Patrick for the second time was very professional and very prompt with a response, a solution and a replacement product in process within 48 hours. The customer service with fur life has been Rock, solid and amazing every single time. I received very efficient and fast service throughout this minor ordeal. They are making the issue very easy and I pleased with the outcome. Joan was the agent that is handling the case.

Julia was very helpful. Her responses were prompt and her request was clearly communicated. I damaged the pendant upon opening the packaging. Julia requested a video of the damaged pendant. After I sent the video, Julia promptly responded and said Furlife would send me out a replacement pendant immediately. I am very happy with my Furlife product and customer service.

I had to cancel my order because I had some unexpected bills. Julia was fabulous in cancelling the order promptly.

I ordered a dog pendant by mistake. I really needed a cat collar. I got in touch with customer support and despite come initial confusion with AI responses, Julia contacted me via email to let me know that she had corrected my order for a pink cat collar and when the difference in price would be credited to my card!
