Furlife was highly recommended by a friend who's used this product for a few years with her 3 pups. We have 2 pups and this year the ticks and fleas have been unforgivable with our pets. I had to take both to the vet twice to get ticks removed and that's when my friend recommended Furlife. I put product on their collar the moment it arrived and we let them run free after a week of keeping them indoors in an effort to avoid further flea and tick contact. Well, after pups came back from running around our woodsy property we examined them and no ticks and no fleas were found!!!! Product works as promised. But then I reached out to Furlife because I did a stupid mistake when opening the package. I was already a happy first time customer but Julia reached out to me and went out of her way to find a solution for us, even though they didn't have to. I'm very pleased with the product and I'm greatful and impressed with the amazing customer service provided by Julia. Making this a purchase I'm glad I did and for sure will buy from again. Thank you Julia and Furline!!! Great product!

Amazing service! Julie reacted within 30 minutes to my e-mail. I accidentally ordered the wrong items and she corrected it. Plus discount code I was e-mailed did not work so she corrected that as well. Wish all online companies responded this well!!!

Julia made it clear that there are fake sites out here

I was excited to use this collar, but then found out that there was an ingredient that may be an irritant to my dog skin. They made it very easy for me to cancel my order and do a refund. I will purchase one of these in the future for any other pets that can wear this collar.
