I emailed Julie from fur for life and it was a very quick response back to my issue. I took a picture of the damaged item and I believe that they took in consideration the situation, I appreciate appreciate Julie getting back to me and sending me a new pendant as I did get the two for one deal. I have been really pleased with this product and have told many people about it. Thank you for your quick response and understanding.

Had an issue with an order for a Furlife collar for my cat. Thought I had placed an order for a cat collar but a dog collar arrived. Patrick and Julia saw to it that I received the correct collar in a timely fashion with no additional expense to me. Great customer service.
