I picked the wrong color tag that I wanted and Julia in the customer service department fixed my problem right away. Usually dealing with customer service with companies isn’t the smoothest process, that wasn’t the case in this situation. I’m happy I’m getting the right color I wanted without having to jump through hoops. All thanks to julia

I absolutely love the collar device, it has really changed my dogs lives and it really helps them to be calm and relaxed. In a few hours of putting it on they were feeling much better and had almost no issues.
