I contacted furlife because I couldn't order the pendent and the collar so customer service sent me a link,then I had issues with PayPal being rejected and she suggested re booting and finally it worked. In all the ordering and re ordering is my order was made incorrect which I again contacted customer service and was told she couldn't edit my order,at which time Julia contacted me and made things right. My dogs wore their furlife collar tag for a year without any issues. In addition, I never saw a single flea, nor have they picked up a tick, it repelled mosquitoes, as well as gnats. They are strong when they're new and fresh out of the container! These work! So I bought another set for my dogs to wear for the next year. I much rather spend $40 per tag on these, than spending over $100 on the chews that put poison into our dogs. Thanks fur life! Your product works, and is a blessing for those of us who want to treat our dogs health in a holistic manner!!
