I had an issue where I think my products were defective. I contacted Fur Life and sent them photos of same. Fur life is sending me new products at no cost to me, and I do not even need to return the "defective" items. This was handled by Patrick with amazing speed and understanding. My dog "Mia" has been wearing a Furlife collar for close to 4 years now. I love that it is all natural, with no chemicals and I have referred friends of mine to Furlife as well. Customer service is great. They are very helpful and fast with their feedback. Roy has answered a couple of questions for me. I am very pleased with Furlife.

We love FurrLife for our four-year-old epileptic Goldendoodle, Oliver. It has been a wonderful product for him. We recently brought home a new Bernedoodle puppy, and during their rough puppy play, Oliver accidentally punctured her FurrLife collar. The customer service team was amazing and replaced it not just once, but twice! Julia and JeAnne were both incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. We are so grateful for the exceptional customer service and highly recommend FurrLife!
