I love this product and was ordering a new collar for my dog and as I was checking out I thought I was getting another discount for the collar when in reality I accidently ordered another collar. After receiving an email that my order was being processed, I saw the mistake I made and two of your special people, Ramon and Julia were right there to answer my problem and helped resolved it. Please make sure Ramon and Julia receive praise for their great help.

I had clicked order before choosing the correct color I wanted. I shot an email off and Ramon fixed it for me before it was sent out.

Julia, I would like to Thank you for your quick response to my email, also for the explanation of what I did to cause the extra charge to my order. I love this product for my dog. I'm glad that FurLife works with their customers and offers great customer service. Keep up the good work 👏

I bought two collars. One for my puppy, and one for my kitty. The one for my puppy works very well and I am so happy that its made with all natural ingredients, no chemicals! However, my kitty did get itchy due to the mint. I let them know and they refunded my whole order and said it was a courtesy. They have amazing customer service, very fast to respond, extremely nice, and professional. Im loving the collar effectiveness for my pup ❤️ 🐾

I made an order and in my order I made a booboo. So I send an email and asked for a correction on the order. I really didn't expect that to happen but Ramon from Customer Service was so wonderful. He fixed everything. He was so helpful
