FurLife™Reviews of getfurlife.com

Julia and Patrick were surprisedly fast in responding the email with my concern. Their answer was only hours after my email and their resolution of the “issue” as easy, fast, professional and customer service oriented as any one could expect (but sadly not always receive from other companies) if the product is as good as the customer service Julia and Patrick offered, they have won a loyal client. Thank you both!!! Congratulations for showing you care

Julia was very helpful she wasted no time in resolving my issue Thank you Julia

I was incredibly disappointed when I received an empty container in the mail but when I reached out to FurLife, they immediately offered to make it right. Julia reached out to me the very next day to let me know they were shipping me out my package and that I would be receiving the tracking information shortly. Thank you for being responsive! I look forward to being able to try the pendant out soon.

Awesome service and customer service

I had delivery problem and Julia helped me out an was very helpful thanks so much my dog babies will be so happy looking to order more next round

I purchased a FurLife collar tag for both of my animals. Unfortunately my Catahoula managed to break one side of the pass throughs causing it to just hang from the collar. I reached out to the FurLife team and Julia responded letting me know what I needed to do to show the damage and after reviewing a replacement was offered immediately. Julia was very nice and helpful in all of our communications. Thank you and your team for helping resolve my issue!

I love this product! I was using a big name flea and tick collar that was $$$ for just a few months of protection and it was making my rottie baby have a reaction. I switched to furlife and the irritation went away and the fleas and ticks stayed away! On my 2nd order, my dog went on an adventure and somehow punctured the bubble. Furlife replaced the tag, and all I had to do was send a video showing it was empty! I have found my new prevention device and recommend it for anyone who LOVES their furbaby!

Great company! When my first order was lost somehow in the shipping process Julia did a great job to ensure I received a new order as quickly as possible, thanks Julia!!
