Great customer service. Julia responded quickly and handled my concern

I had hit “buy now” on my order (by accident) prior to completing my shopping and getting my coupon applied. I left a brief email explaining what had happened. Julia reached out to help me get my discount applied and refunded the difference. It was fine smooth and no hesitancy, even though it was my error. Always enjoyed their products and happy with the customer service as well. Thank you Julia for helping make my holiday brighter.

This is how customer service is done! I recently ordered 2 fur life pendants I noticed that one of the pods was empty. How this happened is anyone's guess but hey stuff happens. The important thing to note here is how quickly Julia at fur life responded to rectify the situation. A quick couple emails to describe the issue and she arranged a replacement In short order. Thanks Julia.

Got right back to me on my request and made it happen! Perfect customer service. If considering a subscription do it they are so easy to work with if you want to adjust the subscription.
