My order was delivered to the wrong address. Julia and Ramon stepped right up and got the problem taken care of quickly and professionally. Great customer service!

I had the most perfect customer service experience!! Ramon and Julie responded so quickly and resolved my issue in a matter of hours.. not days. I thought I was never going to Furlife again after the delivery said they delivered it in the mailbox, (which is only big enough for envelopes) but they fixed my problem with excellent customer service, I will keep coming back just for that support team!

I have been using the FurLife pendant for several years now it's important to me to not put chemicals in or on my dog this product does the trick I had a slight problem with the pendant breaking and Julia Ramon and Patrick were quick to respond and quick to offer a satisfactory solution. So far I am loving the pendant. There was an issue with one of them that I ordered. I worked with Patrick and Julia and they were amazing. They were very clear in communication and efficient to get the problem resolved. 10/10 would highly recommend this product a love the support it comes with!
