Julia was so fast to respond to a mishap I had (my fault) when I accidentally cut my FurLife rubber attachment. She promptly sent out an email with a new one sent within a few minutes! Amazing customer service!

I sent Julia a message telling her I didn't mean to buy all that was on my order and if she could fix it I would be so grateful and she did.

I had ordered them last year for my dogs. This year decided to get for my cats also. I ordered 2 of each. An received the 2 cat collars. I messaged to check if they are coming separately. An it was a lost package an said they would resend.. I messaged again a 2nd time.. an just got the tracking number. Hopefully they come soon. The product is great. I haven't seen a flea or tick.. after you get past the first few days of smell..
