Julia caught my email, refunded my purchase and reset my next delivery for the date I requested! Thanks Julia! I would have kept my order the same, but with it being winter, I’m not treating my dogs as much. Thanks again!

Julia helped explain that I need to add an additional product to the pendents for my pups to help keep the ticks away in the fall time when they work great in the summer time! I will be added another product to help keep the ticks off them!

I didn’t receive my first order, they were very kind and understanding and sent me another shipment. I got them about a week ago and they have worked great on all my dogs so far and I love them! I’ve been dealing with fleas for months and nothing was working now the fleas are gone with these collars. They even added an extra collar in my order for me and I really appreciate that. I got a collar for my cat today and I can’t wait to try that one out as well since they worked so well for my dogs.
