I have been using Furlife flea and tick products for nearly two years, including their natural flea collar, which has significantly impacted my dog’s well-being. She promptly responded to my email on the same day I contacted her and efficiently arranged for a replacement after I received a damaged product. Her attentive and respectful approach made me feel that my concerns were truly valued, and her quick resolution left a positive impression on me.

I accidentally used the wrong credit card when placing my order and reached out for help. Julia responded very quickly and got my order cancelled and refunded the credit card so I could reorder using the correct credit card. This happened on a Saturday evening and Julia was there to rectify my mistake! Thank you

I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful Julia is. I sent an email about an item I purchased she immediately responded I then did as she requested and a replacement is on the way. All within 24 hours. She did a fantastic job and I am so appreciative!!!!
