My Package arrived damaged and missing one of the collars I ordered. Julia was very helpful and empathetical to my situation. She arranged for the missing collar to be sent. My order from FurLife arrived incomplete. I checked my order conformation and there was a highlighted SUPPORT link easy to find. I explained the situation and I recieved an email from Julia the same day. She was apologetic and stated that a second collar was sent out with a new conformation and tracking number. WOW, same day service, that is incredible. Thank you FurLife for making great products that really work and having great contentious staff.

So far this product has worked great! It’s small and my dogs don’t even notice it on their collars. The customer service has been great too!! We had an incident where my dogs were playing a little too rough and one dog punctured the other dog’s oil pendant. Julia was a big help when I reported the issue, and offered to send me a free replacement. I’ll be recommending this product to friends and family!
